Certaines marchandises sont situées à notre adresse commerciale dans l'Essex, au Royaume-Uni, et vous seront donc envoyées directement par nos soins. D'autres articles peuvent être livrés par un autre fournisseur. Il est possible que votre commande soit séparée en plusieurs envois qui arriveront séparément. Pour les informations concernant les matériaux et l'approvisionnement des produits, lorsqu'elles sont connues, celles-ci seront indiquées sur chaque produit dans nos collections

Nous traiterons votre commande dans les plus brefs délais (expédition sous 1-2 jours). Une fois votre commande expédiée, vous recevrez un e-mail avec de plus amples informations. Les délais de livraison varient en fonction de votre emplacement.

Combien coûte la livraison ?

My order isn’t quite right, what should I do?

Check through carefully against your original order, as it might actually be correct according to what was placed with us.  If you still feel there’s been an error please contact us stating all your order information and explaining what has happened and we can then sort it out for you. For full returns information see our returns policy.

I placed my order, but it still hasn’t arrived what’s going on?

For home gifts: It can take approximately 5-7 days to deliver your order.  Longer delivery times are to be expected if there is more processing / printing time involved as our t-shirts are made to your size and colour choice, therefore please allow up to 10 days for your goods to arrive. 
If, unfortunately there is more of a delay due to it being a busy time of year, you will receive an email with our apologies explaining why there is a delay.

Why haven’t I received my order yet?

It might be that it’s a busy time of year and unfortunately your order is taking slightly longer than usual to be produced and printed and delivered.  It’s possible there may be a delay with any one of these processes. 

To find out where your order is in the supply chain, make sure you are
keeping up to date with your emails (check your junk folder in case you have missed any).  If you have received a tracking number for your order, you can track where your order is using that; enter the number on to the carrier’s website – that should give you a live up-to-date scenario of when it should be arriving with you. 

We apologise for any delay you may experience, but please rest assured we will be doing our upmost to get your goods to you, for your enjoyment as soon as possible.  If you’re still unsure what’s taking so long, please do drop us a line with all your order details and we’ll get back to you ASAP with an update!

I’m trying to use a discount code but it doesn’t seem to work, what should I do?

Kindred Calm occasionally runs discounts and promotions aiming to offer you the best deals possible to get your hands on some our treasured gifts and items.  There will be a 5-character code you need to enter in the checkout process to receive your discount.  If you don’t enter your code at this time, regrettably, we can’t offer you the discount after the order has been paid for. 

Please check your code carefully to make sure you are entering it correctly, it will be case sensitive.  Please also check that the discount code you have is currently listed for offer on our website.  If you can’t find mention of the special offer any longer on our site, then we’re afraid that offer has timed out and you’ve missed it - sorry!
